• CompliancePack provides general-purpose privacy and data-handling documentation templates for Australian businesses.
• These templates are not legal advice and are not tailored to your specific business circumstances.
• Templates are produced using automated drafting tools and reviewed for general accuracy based on information available at the time of creation.

3. No Legal Advice – Important Disclaimer

CompliancePack is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Nothing on this website or in our documents should be interpreted as:

• legal advice,
• legal interpretation,
• assurance of compliance, or
• creation of a solicitor-client relationship.

4. No Guarantee of Compliance

Because compliance depends on your internal processes, data systems, staff behaviour, and third-party software:

We do not guarantee that using our templates will make your business fully compliant with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), or any other legislation.

You are solely responsible for:

• implementing the documents correctly
• training staff
• managing data securely
• applying policies consistently
• updating documents as laws change

CompliancePack is not responsible for any regulatory action, investigation, penalty, or fine.

5. Pricing and Payment

• The CompliancePack is priced at $449 AUD (including GST).
• Prices may change at any time without notice.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. Delivery

• Customised packs are delivered electronically to the email provided at checkout, generally within 2 hours of receiving required details.
• Delivery delays may occur due to customer error, incomplete information, or technical factors.

7. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you believe the documents contain a material defect.

A material defect does not include:

• stylistic preference
• industry-specific legal changes
• subjective disagreement
• custom tailoring requested after purchase

Refunds will not be issued after documents have been delivered and accessed unless a clear defect is demonstrated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the templates.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for any regulatory penalties, business losses, reputational damage, or data breaches arising from use of our templates.
